Session Options

I offer both 60-minute and 90-minute energy healing sessions, available:

• In person in Boise, Idaho
• Remote (distance healing sessions available worldwide)

While both session lengths are powerful, I strongly recommend the 90-minute session.

The additional time allows for:

• Deeper energetic clearing
• More thorough generational work
• Nervous system settling
• Intentional integration time

Healing is not something to rush.
